Terms of Service
Effective from 2026-10-09.
1. Provider
The SiteVelox service is provided by RealDropHunt Labs Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (the “Provider”). Contact: info@sitevelox.com.
2. The service
SiteVelox speeds up the customer’s website by passing visitor traffic through the Provider’s network (a reverse proxy), optimising HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images and fonts and caching them. The customer’s source code, content and server are not changed. To use the service, the customer changes DNS records following the Provider’s instructions.
To measure the effect and protect the website, the service collects anonymous loading-speed measurements and the number of JavaScript errors on the customer’s pages (no cookies, no IP addresses). A small share of visitors (by default 5 %) receives the original, non-accelerated page for comparison; the customer may reduce or disable this share.
The free speed test on sitevelox.com is for information only. Google PageSpeed scores vary between measurements and depend on Google’s criteria, so the Provider does not guarantee a specific score.
3. Beta
During the beta, early customers use the service free of charge for two months (or another period agreed in writing) in exchange for feedback. The Provider may change or end the beta with 30 days’ notice. No payment details are required for the beta. After the beta, the service continues only if the customer chooses a paid plan.
4. Subscription and payment
- A subscription is concluded by submitting the form on sitevelox.com/signup and accepting these terms.
- If the website is not measurably faster (Google PageSpeed on mobile or desktop) during the free beta period, the customer may cancel without any payment.
- Money-back guarantee: if, within 30 days of the first payment of a paid plan, the website is not measurably faster with SiteVelox (Google PageSpeed on mobile or desktop compared with the original), the customer may cancel by e-mail and receives a full refund of that first payment.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are handled by Stripe as merchant of record (Stripe Managed Payments, shown at checkout and on card statements as “Link”): Stripe charges the price plus any applicable taxes (e.g. VAT), issues the receipt or invoice and handles payment support and refund requests together with the Provider.
- Customers can manage their subscription, payment details and invoices and cancel at any time in the customer portal linked on sitevelox.com and in every invoice e-mail. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; upgrades apply immediately and are charged pro rata.
- Prices are published on sitevelox.com. Price changes for existing subscriptions apply from the next billing period after at least 30 days’ notice.
- If a plan limits page views or pages and the customer significantly exceeds the limits for several months, the Provider will suggest a more suitable plan. The service is not interrupted without prior notice.
5. Customer obligations
- The customer owns the domain or is entitled to manage its DNS records.
- The website’s content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.
- The customer informs the Provider about major changes to the website (new theme, server move) so it can be prepared again.
- The customer does not use the service for abuse (circumventing restrictions, attacks, spam).
6. Operation and availability
The Provider strives for uninterrupted operation. If a request cannot be accelerated, it is passed to the customer’s original website. Logins, carts, checkout, admin areas and form submissions are always passed directly to the original website. If the customer’s server is unavailable, the service may show the last valid version of a page for up to six hours. The Provider is not liable for outages of the customer’s server or DNS provider, or of infrastructure providers outside its control.
7. DNS records, cancellation and termination
When the service is switched on, the Provider records the customer’s previous DNS records for the website and shows them to the customer (setup page and e-mail) so they can be restored at any time.
The customer may cancel at any time; the service runs until the end of the paid period. To leave, the customer restores the previous DNS records. Until they do – and for at least 90 days after the end of the subscription – the Provider keeps passing traffic to the customer’s original website without acceleration, so the website does not go offline. The Provider reminds the customer by e-mail during this time. The Provider may terminate with 30 days’ notice, or immediately in case of a serious breach of these terms. After termination, the Provider deletes data related to the customer’s website within 30 days, except data it must keep by law (e.g. invoices).
8. Liability
The Provider is liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. For other damage, liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the last 12 months. The Provider is not liable for indirect damage or lost profit. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
9. Data protection
For personal data of visitors to the customer’s website, the customer is the controller and the Provider is the processor. The Data Processing Agreement is part of these terms. The Privacy Policy describes how the Provider processes data of customers and visitors to sitevelox.com.
10. Changes
The Provider may change these terms and informs customers of material changes by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect. A customer who does not agree may cancel without cost.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are resolved amicably where possible, otherwise by the courts of England and Wales (London). Consumers keep all rights granted by the mandatory law of their country of residence.
